This was an energising conversation. Once again, interviews need
to be longer to determine the real capacities of
candidates.
Secondly, modular and decentralised education is the norm now, and
these tools can be used for internal upgrading as well as
prescribed for L&D KPIs in organizations. If you do not have an
L&D KPI in your key roles, then your managers are currently
being outdated by the market.
You’ll end up wondering why leaders that were successful in the
past are beginning to fail. Get that training into their
performance goals!
Talking about AI is particularly challenging because even though
the technology is developing exponentially, most business leaders
don’t have any idea how to react to the advent of AI.
Business leaders need to accept that AI is currently transforming a
dozen major industries, and without help, traditionally stable
businesses will be swept away as their core competencies are
outsourced to a technology that learns with every transaction,
never forgets, and never sleeps.
This is not blockchain, or cypto-currency, or an incremental or
gradual shift. It is something you are already using without
knowing it, and its growth is exponential.
